Danne Buchanan

Vice President, Payments Solutions

With over 25 years in financial services and industry leadership, Danne joined the BankServ management team in September 2010 as part of the NetDeposit acquisition. He is charged with leading BankServ's Payments Solutions division, which encompasses all check, mobile and card processing services.

At NetDeposit, Danne served as CEO since its inception in 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation. Danne pioneered remote deposit capture and testified before the United States Senate on behalf of the banking industry in support of the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (Check 21 Act). Prior to his career with NetDeposit, Danne served as Executive Vice President of the E-Business Solutions Group for Zions Bancorporation.

In 2002, Danne was the honored recipient of the first annual A.R. Zipf Award for Payment Systems Innovation at Western Payments Alliance. He has served on the Board of Directors for industry associations NACHA and WesPay. Danne is a frequent speaker at a variety of conferences, sharing his vision and knowledge with conference attendees.

Danne holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
