SWIFT Service Bureau

The SWIFT network is recognized as the global standard for sending financial messages internationally, but the high membership costs and other expensive requirements make joining it impractical for many banks. But since 2004, BankServ has been certified as an official SWIFT member service bureau, giving our client banks access to the network using our connection as a portal.

BankServ's SWIFT service bureau is powered by our TurboSwift software, which is currently in use by more than 300 financial institutions around the world. And because the connection to the SWIFT network is managed on BankServ's own secure servers, there are no large up-front installation costs or recurring maintenance expenses for your bank. Users simply pay a low per-transaction fee, with no minimum number of messages to send.

With a secure, redundant network that incorporates both a primary data center and a backup mirror site, BankServ's SWIFT service bureau provides safety and reliability that are among the best in the industry. And for banks in the United States, our SWIFT service bureau can be integrated with Fedwire processing, simultaneously carrying out the domestic and foreign sides of an international payment.

For any bank that has a need to make overseas payments but is not interested in a full SWIFT membership, BankServ's SWIFT service bureau is a cost-effective answer.
